" This was an emergency call-out, and I expected the worst. 9 year old Miele frost-free fridge-freezer, fridge had conked out. Was expecting expensive spares and expensive labour. Ben came out the same day that I called, and worked from 6:00pm to 7.00pm. He did an excellent service/repair job, no spares were needed, and he was helpful and polite above and beyond the call of duty. I wouldn't hesitate to call on his services again, and I cannot recommend him too highly. "
