" Called Ben around 10:30am on a Thursday morning as my fridge / freezer had stopped working. He said he had other jobs for the day but would try to get to me later that afternoon if possible. He said he’d phone half an hour before coming to my house ( which he did ) and he arrived around 4pm. He quickly identified the problem and was able to fix the fridge / freezer for me. Proved to be reliable and efficient. Would use again if needed and would also recommend to others. "

" I rang Ben at about 3pm when we realised that the freezer had stopped working and everything was defrosting. Unlike others I had rung who don't do same day or weekend call outs he came after completing another two jobs, after 6pm on a Friday, and sorted the problem.
